Ingredients
- 115 g brown sugar
- 150 g white sugar
- 115 g butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Two to three bars of your favorite chocolate, crushed (about 1 cup)
- Optionally some sprinkles of your choice
For a lighter vegan version, swap the egg for a flaxseed or chia mixture and use plant-based butter.
